EDS is one of only two Australian manufacturers supplying metal fabrication products to the electrical wholesale network. Our range includes Energex and Ergon approved mains connectivity products, fascia and raiser brackets, eye bolts and earthing hardware, cable covers, fitting kits, and protective guarding for electrical equipment.

Every product is designed by mechanical engineers who understand the installation environment: ease of fitting, weather resistance, distributor compliance, and long-term durability. We supply approximately 300 electrical wholesalers nationally, and many have worked with us for years because our products perform and our supply is consistent.

Being one of only two manufacturers in this space means our wholesale customers have a genuine alternative supplier with local manufacturing, responsive engineering support, and the flexibility to develop new products as the network evolves. We carry stock of our standard range for fast dispatch, and can manufacture custom configurations to order when projects require non-standard products.

Our galvanising, powder coating, and finishing processes are matched to the demands of outdoor electrical infrastructure. Components installed on poles, in substations, and across distribution networks need to withstand decades of Australian weather without corrosion or degradation. We specify finishing processes based on the actual operating environment, not just a generic standard, and we stand behind the durability of every product we ship.
