We manage finishing as an integrated part of the fabrication process — your products arrive finished and ready for use, rather than requiring you to organise a separate finishing step.

Hot-dip galvanising is our most common finish for outdoor and industrial applications. It provides long-term corrosion protection that weathers predictably over decades, making it the standard choice for our electrical distribution products, infrastructure components, and outdoor structural fabrication. We work with established galvanising partners who understand our quality requirements and turnaround expectations.

Powder coating offers durable colour finishes with excellent resistance to chipping, fading, and chemical exposure. It’s used for products where appearance matters alongside function — equipment enclosures, architectural metalwork, display fixtures, and any component that will be visible in its installed environment. We can match RAL colours, Australian Standard colours, and custom colour specifications. For components in highly corrosive environments, we can specify powder coating over galvanised substrates for combined protection.

We prepare all components for finishing to the standard required by the finish process. For galvanising, this means clean steel free of contaminants. For powder coating, this means blast-cleaned or chemically pre-treated surfaces with all welding dressed smooth. Getting the preparation right is essential for finish quality and adhesion — it’s an area where our experience with high-volume production finishing pays off.
