Expert Welding Across All Fabrication Materials

Welding

Our welders are experienced across MIG, TIG, and spot welding in steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. We produce welds that are structurally sound, dimensionally accurate, and finished to standard. For structural and safety-critical applications, our welds are backed by engineering oversight and full traceability.

MIG welding handles the bulk of our production work — it’s efficient for mild steel fabrication across the range of thicknesses we commonly work with. Our MIG welders are experienced at managing heat input to control distortion, which matters for components that must maintain dimensional accuracy after welding, such as mounting plates, frames, and multi-part assemblies.

TIG welding is used where the application demands a higher quality weld finish or where the material requires it. Stainless steel and aluminium fabrication typically calls for TIG welding, as does any work where the weld will be visible in the finished product. We also use TIG welding for thin-gauge work where heat control is critical to avoiding burn-through and distortion. For food-grade and pharmaceutical applications requiring fully dressed, crevice-free welds, our TIG capability delivers the finish standard required.

Weld quality is verified through visual inspection as standard, with additional testing (dye penetrant, magnetic particle, or ultrasonic) available when specified by the client or required by the application standard. For structural welding to Australian Standards, we can provide welding procedure qualifications and welder qualification records as part of the project documentation. Our engineering team oversees welding quality across the workshop and can advise on joint design, material preparation, and post-weld treatment.
