Our technical support section provides resources for clients working with EDS products across all three divisions: Electrical Fabrication, Lift Engineering, and General Fabrication. Here you’ll find installation guidance, technical documentation, and direct access to our engineering team for project-specific questions.
We’ve structured support by division because the questions and documentation needs are different for each sector. Electrical contractors need product data sheets and Energex/Ergon compliance documentation. Lift installation companies need dimensional drawings and material certifications. General fabrication clients may need CAD file formats, material specifications, or quality documentation for their own compliance requirements.

We’d always rather answer a question before you start installation than troubleshoot a problem afterwards.
